Snoring is often the most noticeable sign of a much more serious condition called Sleep Apnea.
This is one of the most common disorders that causes poor sleep.
What is Sleep Apnea?
Apnea means “no breath”. During sleep apnea, the muscles of your throat, tongue and soft palate collapse while you sleep. This blocks your airway and prevents you from getting the oxygen you need. People with untreated sleep apnea stop breathing repeatedly during their sleep, sometimes hundreds of times during the night and often for a minute or longer. In most cases the sleeper is unaware of these breath stoppages because they don’t trigger full awakening.

  • Just perfect service! The clinic is very modern, it is very pleasant to be there. Plenty of free parking. The first visit lasted as much as an hour and a half. The technician was patiently selecting masks for me (not a simple task since they have a wide choice of excellent masks). He also explained in detail how to use the device. In the first days of my new life without drowsiness, the technician called me every morning and we discussed current affairs. If I had a problem or a question, I sent him an email and he always called back. In short, I highly recommend these guys!

  • I choose to go to PureFlow Healthcare just because of the positive reviews I have read here on Google vs the reviews of other CPAP clinics in the relative area. I have to say that I was not disappointed. It takes about 90 minutes to go over everything on the first time, so a Saturday time slot is great when the alternate is taking time off work. I met with Uri and he explained everything to me clearly. He knows his stuff -- as the owner should -- but he was more than just "selling" me on CPAP, he made sure things would be good for me to use and that I would be comfortable with things. After using the machine for a week, I had questions about the mask and called back. I made an appointment to go back in to see about another mask type and try that out so I can have the mask that would work the best for me. Overall, PureFlow really cares and they are not there to pressure you into a CPAP machine or this accessory over another. I am happy to have found this place.
